Your Agreement with okpiso

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and okpiso ("okpiso", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okpiso.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related digital services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing games, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply alongside okpiso's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

okpiso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okpiso will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or via registered email. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the okpiso Platform. This requirement is consistent with Philippine gambling regulations. okpiso strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

okpiso may at any time request documentary proof of age. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof, okpiso reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The okpiso Platform is intended primarily for Filipino users and users in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. okpiso makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in all locations.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

When creating your okpiso account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your okpiso login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

okpiso will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to okpiso support immediately.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your okpiso account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify okpiso immediately via the support channel. okpiso accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

okpiso may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals, lifting deposit limits, or activating certain account features. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An okpiso account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. okpiso reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding the account balance, in accordance with applicable regulations. You will receive advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okpiso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (Tether), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts, processing times, and applicable fees published on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. okpiso reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected. Deposits are for wagering purposes only; the Platform is not a financial deposit institution.

4.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited to your okpiso wallet upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations. okpiso is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or network fees. Cryptocurrency exchange rates applied at the time of deposit are final and non-negotiable. Any gas fees or network transaction fees are borne by the user.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and fulfillment of any active bonus wagering obligations. okpiso targets the following processing timelines: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 24 hours; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 24 hours of request approval. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or additional verification requirements.

4.5 Currency

The okpiso Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as its primary fiat currency. Cryptocurrency balances are displayed in their native denomination and converted to PHP for display purposes at the prevailing market rate. All bonus amounts and wagering requirements are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by okpiso are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, minimum bet sizes, maximum bet sizes while bonus is active, and expiry periods. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion. Bets placed on games excluded from a specific bonus will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

okpiso actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematically placing low-risk wagers designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting promotional errors, and coordinating with other users to abuse referral programs. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in account suspension, forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent ban from the Platform.

5.4 okpiso's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

okpiso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credits not yet accepted or activated at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will be voided.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game category on the okpiso Platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and sabong — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules available within the game interface or the relevant game provider's documentation. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round or bet placement, okpiso reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the corresponding stake amounts to the relevant accounts. okpiso is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets are offered subject to the specific rules published for each sport and event type. okpiso reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or amend odds prior to event commencement where circumstances require — including but not limited to: event cancellation, incomplete events, and results materially affected by extraordinary events.

6.4 Final Decision

In all matters relating to game results, bet settlement, and bonus calculations, the decision of okpiso's technical systems — as verified by okpiso's management team — is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpiso Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating wagers in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to access any okpiso system, database, or account that is not your own through unauthorized means.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction to circumvent eligibility rules.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person who is ineligible to use the Platform, including minors and persons subject to self-exclusion.
• Abusing okpiso staff or support agents through threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language.
• Posting or transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or harmful to third parties.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the okpiso Platform — including but not limited to the okpiso brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of okpiso or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any okpiso Platform content without prior written consent.

09 Privacy & Data

okpiso collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

okpiso may share user data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units where required to do so by applicable Philippine law, without prior notice to the affected user.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpiso's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okpiso expressly excludes liability for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; interruptions to Platform availability caused by events outside okpiso's reasonable control; and losses arising from your reliance on information provided by third parties through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okpiso's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your okpiso account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by okpiso

okpiso reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it determines in good faith that: you have breached these Terms; you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; your continued use poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to okpiso; or you have self-excluded via the Responsible Gaming tools.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for cause, okpiso may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeit bonus-derived winnings. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms shall survive account termination.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Platform operates within the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
